This kind of liner adopts a mature double-liquid vertical pouring process, and the working face and non-working surface are metallurgical and formed at one time. The working face is high hardness high alloy high chromium cast iron (HRC≥60 °), which is internationally recognized as the third generation of wear-resistant materials, is used as an excellent material for anti-abrasive wear, but brittle, directly used as a ball mill liner will break, unsafe, now the back of the composite layer of high toughness 35 steel, it solves the overall toughness of the liner, the impact toughness of the composite liner reaches ak>100J/cm², can be used in any mill Φ2500-5500. The corrosion resistance of high-chromium cast iron is also very strong, so the bimetallic liner is suitable for various wet grinding conditions of acid, medium and alkali. Another major feature of this liner is zero maintenance, it is almost no deformation, no breakage, overcoming the shortcomings of slurry leakage caused by easy deformation of ZGMn13 liner, frequent maintenance and replacement of tight bolts, and truly zero maintenance.
